Quick visual update to make our site look more distinctly Western! We’ve implemented a custom theme featuring our signature purple branding.

Custom Theme Implementation

Switched from the default “plum” skin to a custom theme built around Western’s color palette. The new design features:

  • Western Purple (#4f2683) for primary elements like links and buttons
  • Orchid (#8f55e0) for secondary accents
  • Clean white background with neutral dark text for readability

The custom theme maintains the clean, professional look while giving our site a more branded appearance that better represents WE Rocketry and Western University. Hopefully Paris likes this one!

Also cleaned up some configuration files and removed unnecessary dependencies to keep things lean.

Small change, but it makes the site feel more like ours!
